PCUS Girl’s Soccer Team

A gorgeous autumnal afternoon was the setting for Cuffee’s first match between our newly-formed girl’s soccer team and Hope High School. Led by coaches Sissela Tucker and Kimberly Maynard, 23 young women took the field wearing Navigator pride.

Tenth grader Emily Quiroa scored PCUS’ first goal and the Navigators held the lead until well into the second half when one of Hope’s star players scored twice ending the game in a 2-1 win for Hope.

Thanks to Ms. Terry-Lo, Mr. Haskins whose enthusiasm made the team a reality and Mrs. Tucker who played a huge part in recruiting young women for the team.

GO NAVIGATORS!!!!!
