Proud News!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Providence Shelter for Colored Children – and the Paul Cuffee Upper School faculty and friends who arranged and chaperoned this first-ever trip – five PCUS seniors received acceptances to Historically Black Colleges and Universities while at the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair in New York City on Saturday, November 16.

Tuskeegee, Morgan State, and Shaw University, and Livingstone College were the first official college acceptances received by Joshua Livingstone, Joyce Sandy, Kara Brown, Sasha Garcia, and Armani Barboza, all of whom are members of the Class of 2020.

Your donations and grants make it possible for our aspiring college students to visit regional colleges and career fairs with Paul Cuffee faculty and staff every year. Touring campus facilities and meeting with admission representatives from a range of institutions help students choose the optimal venue for their post-secondary education and career pursuits.

Please give generously today. Your support helps create success stories like these for Paul Cuffee students.

Thank you!
