Preparing the Next Generation

As part of Paul Cuffee School’s college and career readiness education, middle and upper school students attended local career fairs to get them thinking about their future. Our 8th grade students joined hundreds of other RI students at the Junior Achievement Inspire Career Exploration Fair held at the RI Convention Center where they participated in hands-on activities and gained valuable insights into various careers and industries while exploring high school options tailored to their needs and interests.

Students from the Upper School attended the Green Jobs Fair at the CCRI Providence campus to explore potential career paths in green infrastructure. They engaged with professionals from trades, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and universities, learning about opportunities to pursue careers that positively impact the planet. The Green Jobs Fair was organized by students from The Greene School, a public charter high school dedicated to environmental sustainability.
