Budding Mathematicians Participate in State Wide MATHCOUNTS Competition

On Saturday, March 4, eight Paul Cuffee middle school students participated in the annual Rhode Island MATHCOUNTS competition at the Community College of Rhode Island in Warwick.

Paul Cuffee Upper Classman Takes Honorable Mention in RI Poetry Out Loud Competition

PCS 11th grader Wenricka Griffith made it to the final round recently at the Rhode Island Poetry Out Loud State Finals. She performed all three of her poems and got an Honorable Mention.

Commissioner Ken Wagner Visits Paul Cuffee Middle and Upper Schools

Paul Cuffee's Middle and Upper Schools hosted Dr. Ken Wagner, Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, for a tour, a visit to several classrooms, and an open meeting with parents.
