Seth Antonitis, an accomplished musician and enthusiastic educator from the cast of the Rhythm Room visited PCS Lower School on March 9th to lead integrated arts workshops with Mr. Staton and his students in each of grades 2-5. Responding to Seth’s energizing discussions, demonstrations and sound explorations, each grade created their own rhythms and sound patterns using their bodies, empty buckets and drum sticks, all of which required careful listening, counting and teamwork.
Seth and members of the Rhythm Room cast will return in the spring to lead an interactive concert for the entire lower school.
